How many awesome things can you think of that start with 'B'? We can think of quite a few-and among the highest on our list are Burgers, Beer, and Bocce, which just so happens to be the tag line for the latest in downtown Lawrence entrepreneurship. We're pretty sure this place is destined for greatest.
Who doesn't like beer? And burgers?? In a top-shelf environment (the former home to Thai House, and Prairie Fire before that), too.
Which just leaves bocce. The internationally beloved game has been gaining a foothold in the Midwest, usually played all-terrain-style at BBQs or on the Clinton Lake beach. Jo Shmo's just put a superdome over the sport in Lawrence.

The burgers are good, nothing special. The staff is kind of odd, but nice. I would go back again I guess.

Beautiful building, great staff. If you're looking for something a little bit different than the run of the mill sports bar, then this is the spot. Great spot for the post college or senior year crowd who is looking for a home.
