When: Monday, Aug. 25, 2008, 6 p.m.
Where: The Bottleneck, 737 N.H., Lawrence
Cost: $15
Age limit: All ages
Description: Here are three things to know about the group Finch: 1. Finch began in the late 1990s, originally as a Deftones cover band called Numb. 2. Finch contributed a song to the 2003 "Underworld" soundtrack titled "Worms of the Earth." 3. Finch once got into an onstage brawl with members of the band Disturbed at the Rolling Rock Town Fair in Pennsylvania. After a two-year hiatus (perhaps recovering from their Disturbed injuries), the Temecula, Calif., act is back touring without the necessity of hawking a new album.
